2024 February Regional

03 February 2024

Gainesville High School will be hosting the 2024 FAMAT Feb 3rd Regional Competition. Each school may register up to 2 teams for each of the six divisions: Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Statistics, Precalculus, and Calculus.

Postmarked deadline for registration is January 20th, 2024. Please have your registration completed online and your fees mailed by that date. Each sponsor will need to cover duties during the competition.

Please bring your enrollment list as downloaded from www.floridamao.org with the participating competitors’ names and ID#s highlighted.

We will be following the standard FAMAT schedule for regionals. Students should gather in the courtyard where the picnic tables are(center of campus) if the weather is nice. In case of inclement weather, we will open the cafeteria for students. We have several buildings, please keep students confined to the courtyard or testing areas only.

Lunch: We will not be providing lunch, but we're looking into food trucks (if enough interest) or you may order food to be delivered to our campus, or travel off campus with your team for lunch. There are many restaurants within walking distance & a mall only a short drive away.
